Foot reflexology, in my home

Welcome to my home.

Family seated together in a meadow with mountains behind them.

I’m Lesli John.

I’ve practiced foot reflexology for 20 years, and I’m certified in foot zone therapy through a program in Bountiful, Utah. Foothold is my practice, and I see clients here in my home in Farmington.

I first experienced foot zoning as a young adult, when I was dealing with IBS. Zoning became a big part of my own experience of getting better, and that stayed with me. This is my personal story, not a promise about what a session will do for someone else.

When you come, you’re invited into my home, a space that is sacred to me. It’s quiet and personal, without distractions. You’ll know what to wear and what to expect, and you can always speak up about what feels comfortable.

About foot zoning

Foot zone therapy is a hands-on method that works the whole foot, not just one spot: the bottom, the top, the sides, the toes and around the ankles. I use steady pressure and precise movements, and I adjust to what feels right for you.

It’s a calm, hands-on practice, not medical care. What you notice is your own. Some people feel more relaxed afterward, and I can’t promise any particular result.
