Coming to my home

What a session is like

You come to my home in Farmington, and I give you my full attention for the hour.

You stay dressed, with your feet and lower legs uncovered. I work with my hands. Some spots may feel tender and others hardly at all, so tell me what pressure is comfortable and I’ll adjust. We can pause or stop at any point.

I also use a tuning fork to help set a calm mood. Let me know if you’re sensitive to sound or have preferences you’d like to discuss.

Wear anything you can roll above the ankle.

Come as you are.

A few things you might wonder

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are one-on-one, in my home in Farmington, Utah. I share my address after you book.

What is foot zone therapy?

It’s a hands-on method that works the whole foot, including the bottom, top, sides, toes and around the ankles, using steady pressure and precise movements. It isn’t medical care, and I don’t claim it treats any condition. Where you feel it, and how, is different for everyone.

What will it feel like?

You’ll feel steady pressure on your feet, and how it feels can change from one spot to the next. Some places may be tender, and others you’ll barely notice. You don’t need a diagnosis or a reason to come. Afterward, some people feel calmer and others simply feel their feet have been looked after. I can’t promise how you’ll feel.

What is foot reflexology?

Foot reflexology is a hands-on practice that uses pressure on areas of the feet. It isn’t medical care, and claims that specific points correspond to organs or can treat health conditions haven’t been established. My background includes 20 years of foot reflexology experience.

How much pressure will you use?

Tell me what feels comfortable. You can ask for a change in pressure, a pause, or an end to the session at any time.

What should I wear?

Stay in your everyday clothes. Choose something you can roll above the ankle so your feet and lower legs are accessible.

How does the tuning fork fit into a session?

I include a tuning fork to help set the mood, alongside the hands-on foot work. It’s part of the atmosphere, not a treatment for anxiety or a promise of a particular result. If sound feels uncomfortable or you’d prefer not to include it, please tell me so we can discuss your preferences.

How often should I come?

There’s no set schedule you need to follow. Come when it suits your preferences, time and budget. I don’t prescribe a treatment schedule.

Can I book while pregnant?

Yes, I can book pregnant clients. If you have questions about whether a session is right for you, please check with your doctor or midwife first.

Is this medical care?

No. A foot zone session is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat or cure a condition. For symptoms or health concerns, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

What if my feet are ticklish?

Please tell me before we start, and speak up during the session. Your preferences matter, and you can ask to pause or stop.

How do I pay?

Pick a time on my Book page, then send $75 by Venmo to @Lesli-john to finish booking. Tips are never expected, and you’re welcome to leave one after your session.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me.
